Job Description:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our products to accurately answer customer questions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Coordinate and communicate with colleagues as needed.
- Provide feedback on customer service processes to enhance efficiency.
- Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional support.
