Record Retrieval Support Position – Remote

Position Overview:
Job Title: Record Retrieval Support
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Rate: $12.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with status inquiries to outstanding entities through outbound phone calls, faxing, emailing, and mailing via USPS/UPS.
- Maintain accurate diary entries in the system for all events related to workflow.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to client protocols and team direction provided by the Team Lead.
- Demonstrate effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of basic Microsoft Office programs (preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude.
- Experience with record retrieval and Microsoft Office (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
