Full job description
Job Summary: Assist a growing company in finding and on-boarding new resources to perform a variety of installation projects. Maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers. The Coordinator must be dependable, be a self-starter and have a “Can Do” attitude to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors for production of installation services
- On-board new contractors where necessary
- Provide scope of work and specifications to subcontractors and ensure compliance
- Supervise the progress and completion of projects and maintain accurate records in call management systems, entering start of work, progress and completion date
- Understand and monitor budgets and pricing negotiation that subcontractors may provide
- Must be customer service oriented
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years post-high school education preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills; Good interpersonal skills
- Basic skills using Apple/Android tablets is necessary
