About the Role:
Join our PetSmart Reservation Assistance Center as a Reservation Agent. If you have a passion for helping people and love pets, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll assist pet parents with their boarding accommodations and grooming appointments, ensuring that each pet receives the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist pet parents with their service inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for PetSmart services, including Pets Hotel, Grooming Salon, and Pet Training.
- Offer additional services to enhance the pet’s experience.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Provide feedback to supervisors on processes and interactions.
Skills and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Adherence to a set schedule and regular attendance is crucial.
Training Program:
- Intensive training starting on Sept. 16, 2024.
- Sessions run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Phoenix, AZ time zone), Monday through Friday for the first month.
