We partner with electric power cooperatives to deliver communication service and solutions to their members. We provide a full range of products and services to both business and residential customers including dedicated Internet and voice services.

We are continuing our transition from a highly successful WISP to an even more successful provider of Fiber Optic internet solutions for both residential and commercial customers throughout our service area.

We are currently seeking: Technical Support Representative

As a Technical Support Representative, you can expect:

A successful Technical Support Representative will demonstrate:

· Ability to work independently and efficiently.

· Ability to promptly answer support related calls, emails, and other electronic communications.

Ability to complete preliminary network analysis and issue isolation.

Strong critical thinking skills with experience troubleshooting internet connectivity, digital phone, and wireless equipment.

· Ability to problem solve while managing multiple details and systems.

· Proven reliability and performance in a 24/7 call center environment.

· Excellent reasoning ability – must have the ability to solve practical and complex problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited knowledge exists.

· Effective management of ticketing system, including creation, escalation, and resolution.

Required Qualifications:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

· Displayed competency of wireless networking, Wi-Fi, and its related protocols.

· Proficient understanding of LAN/WAN environments and all associated protocols, such as TCP/IP.

· Experience with Canopy/Ubiquity/Cambium radio equipment.

· Strong knowledge of tablets, smart phones, and laptops that operate Android or Apple operating systems.

· Evening and weekend shifts are required as is participation in an on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+

· Bilingual Spanish
