## Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently to provide support to ensure efficient operation of this small non-profit organization.

This is a fully remote position, with flexible hours, starting at 8-12 hours/week. Ideal for college students looking for a part-time, flexible job that will support professional growth.

## Duties

– Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, generating reports, and organizing documents

– Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials

– Assist with office management duties, including maintaining office supplies and equipment

– Support event planning and coordination, including travel arrangements

– Provide administrative support to Executive Director as needed

– Perform basic bookeeping tasks in QuickBooks, including generating invoices and reconciling transactions

-Assist in managing the organization’s social media account, including content and posts

-Assist in maintaining and updating the organization’s website

-Assist in coordinating and producing marketing and promotional materials

## Experience

– Proven experience in administrative roles

– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

– Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Vizio, and Adobe

-Proficiency with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

-Must be detailed oriented, including ability to generate professional correspondence free of spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors.
