In this role, you will handle a range of customer inquiries, from helping customers find the perfect products for their pets to resolving any issues they encounter. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone to assist with shopping, problem-solving, and inquiries.
  • Use critical thinking and research skills to provide appropriate solutions.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and online systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download, 10 Mbps+ upload).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.

Technical Requirements:

  • A quiet workspace suitable for webcam use.
  • Access to a smartphone or tablet for two-factor authentication.
