Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generator & Appointment Setter to join our team and drive sales growth through strategic lead generation and high-quality appointment setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high lead generation and a strong understanding of the agency space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted outreach and marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads for our agency.
  • Take ownership of enquiries to maximise all opportunities by positively handling objections and proactively adding value to build trust.
  • Engage in cheerful and constructive conversations with potential clients, demonstrating the value of our solutions.
  • Nurture and book qualified sales appointments, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and increase conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and/or Appointment Setting, preferably in the agency space.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience or understanding of Google Ads would be an advantage.
