As a key player on our team, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the success of our high-profile customers, exceeding expectations, and identifying opportunities for enhancing their experience. Reporting to our Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of managing relationships and providing top-notch support, utilizing platforms like Zendesk to swiftly address customer issues and maximize satisfaction.
This role offers unparalleled exposure to diverse domains, allowing you to expand your skill set and fast-track your career trajectory within Leverege and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Design teams, providing valuable insights and contributing to ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support by addressing product questions and troubleshooting customer issues, prioritizing satisfaction.
- Utilize Zendesk to efficiently track and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address ongoing issues, contributing to product enhancement.
- Assist in updating support documents and educating customers on product features and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to adapt to evolving product landscapes and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is advantageous, with exposure to software concepts being a plus.
- Eagerness to tackle repetitive tasks with patience and creativity, driving efficiency improvements over time.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and collaboration tools like Slack.
- Experience with Zendesk and Jira is preferred but not required.
